The incident occurred in New Haven County on Saturday, Nov. 25, on Greer Circle in Milford.
Kevin Conway, of Milford, was charged with stabbing another person who had a protective order against Conway following an investigation, according to the Milford Police.
Conway was also found injured at the scene. He was injured when a Good Samaritan came to the aid of the victim and stopped any further attack, police said.
The victim was treated and released from the hospital.
Conway received treatment at the hospital and was released into police custody.
He was charged with:
- Assault
- Criminal attempt/murder
- Criminal violation of a protective order
- Threatening
Conway was held on a $750,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Milford Superior Court on Monday, Nov. 27.
